Returns Policy

You may return all non personalized unopened, undamaged resalable items to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your item. Personalized or customized products cannot be returned unless an error has been made on our part. You will be responsible for all return costs unless the item has been received damaged or an error has been made on our part. In this instance please contact us and we will advise how to proceed.

Personalised Items

If your chosen product can be personalized, you will see simple text boxes for you to enter information. Entering your personalization info here will not affect the display image or show you a preview because all of your personalization is read and processed by our back office team of designers to help prevent any errors.
