All personalized items are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, Monday-Friday.
We have bases in the USA and in the UK so the majority of orders to these countries arrive within 3 days, though we cannot guarantee it.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your item to arrive before contacting us.
For orders being delivered outside of the USA & UK this can take between 10-20 days.
If your item hasn't arrived after this time please contact us.
You can choose to have your item sent to you first at your billing address, or have it sent directly to the recipient by entering an alternative address during the checkout process.
Some items such as large personalized invitation orders and gifts may need somebody to be present at the delivery address to accept the package.
As a valued customer we want you to be 100% happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt in the original condition and we will issue a full refund. This offer excludes personalized items. Return postage is at the buyers cost.
If your item has been personalized we will only accept a return if we have made an error with the personalization you have requested or the product is damaged or faulty. In these cases we will refund the product in full and the return postage.
If the personalized item has the personalization you requested and has arrived in good condition, we will not accept a return.
We will not refund personalized items for spelling or grammatical errors made by the customer, or simply if you no longer want it.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
