You are responsible for checking all spellings, punctuation and grammar is correct when sending your personalization instructions. We cannot be held liable for any spelling, capitalisation or punctuation mistakes provided to us.
Please look at the photo shape & orientation on our example picture and ensure you send us photos that are suitable. Photos can be in colour or black and white. If you send us a colour photo, but our template shows black and white, we will convert your photo to black and white to match the template unless you advise us otherwise. We cannot convert photos from black & white to colour, so if you send us your photo in black & white, this is how it will appear on your print. You can upload your photo with your order or email it to us along with your name and order details.
Your instructions will come through to our skilled team of designers who will personalize your product and ensure it looks great before sending it to print.
We can usually make other small changes to the design such as changing some colors, fonts etc. If you would like to make small change to this design please add your instructions into the notes box and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery Information
The majority of orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. However we do have a priority delivery service available for fast dispatch within 1 day, and delivery by priority mail.
You can choose to have your item sent to you first at your billing address, or have it sent directly to the recipient by entering an alternative address during the checkout process.
Some items such as large frames & canvas may need somebody to be present at the delivery address to accept the package. If the item is too large for your mailbox and you are not home to accept the package, it may be left at your local post office for collection. Please check there before contacting us.
